I didn’t start out in B2B because it was trendy. I landed here because of how my career unfolded.
My journey began at an ad agency, learning the fundamentals the hard way: clients, deadlines, pressure, results. From there, I moved to the client side at SWISStours, where I headed the entire digital and performance function for three years. That phase taught me revenue responsibility, and the reality of owning outcomes.
After that, I stepped into a larger role to lead performance marketing and e-commerce as a function. Budgets, growth targets, P&L, teams, tech, scale. The works.
And then, about two years ago, I decided to build something of my own.
Today, I run bratz digital, a focused B2B performance marketing agency working on SEO, paid ads, and account-based marketing.
We work with some of India’s largest names — from a leading logistics company, to one of India’s biggest AI cloud providers, to large enterprise platforms. Different industries, but the same core challenge every B2B marketer faces: pressure to show real pipeline impact.
What really differentiates us is simple. The team.
Every single person who joins bratz digital goes through an intensive training program before they ever speak to a client. This isn’t generic onboarding. It’s our own documentation, our own systems, and our own way of thinking about B2B buying behaviour — search intent, ads structure, ABM flows, and how marketing actually influences revenue in a long, complex B2B sales cycle.
The reason I chose B2B deliberately is also simple. There’s a massive gap in the market.
India has incredible talent. But genuinely strong B2B agencies are rare. There are plenty of D2C agencies, brand shops, and social media factories — but very few teams that truly understand how B2B demand, trust, validation, and pipeline work together.
That’s the gap we’re trying to fix.
